1. Introduction
This policy describes what data AdminService.Cloud (a project by Anytecture Software) collects and how we use it. By using the service you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. What data we collect
Account data (email, name, avatar when signing in via OAuth), organization and project data, technical metadata of connected servers (node name, IP address, CPU/RAM/disk metrics, list of applications installed through the platform), and dashboard activity logs.
3. How we use data
Data is used solely to operate the service: displaying metrics, executing commands on your servers, notifications, billing and support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Daemon data
The asc-daemon is open source, so you can verify exactly what it sends. Your applications' file contents are never transmitted to the platform unless you explicitly request it (file manager, console). Environment secrets are stored encrypted.
5. AI assistant
AI assistant requests are processed by LLM providers. Only the context required to execute a command is included in a request. Requests are not used to train models.
6. Storage and protection
Data is stored in EU data centers. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS); access to production systems is restricted and audited. Daemon tokens and secrets are stored encrypted.
7. Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time. Deleting your account removes all data of organizations you own within 30 days.
